This report is based on the MSc thesis of Pranav Dadhich, published in September 2017. It was then updated with data from 2016 in September-October 2018 and further extended. We thank all persons who supported this work with providing information through interviews and databases.
This report project was sponsored by Task 40 under the IEA Bioenergy Agreement entitled: \u2018Sustainable International Bioenergy trade; securing supply and demand\u2019 and by IEA Bioenergy Task 36, led by Tech.
