It was then updated with data from 2016 in September-October 2018 and further extended. We thank all persons who supported this work with providing information through interviews and databases.<br> This report project was sponsored by Task 40 under the IEA Bioenergy Agreement entitled: \u2018Sustainable International Bioenergy trade; securing supply and demand\u2019 and by IEA Bioenergy Task 36, led by Tech. Lic. Inge Johansson.
