IEA expectations:

I am interested in contributing to a successful work programme in Task 36. I am very enthusiastic about digitalization as I have co-ordinated the H2020 AgroCycle project (with EU and Chinese partners) which produced an online trading platform for agri-food waste. This also created award-winning lesson plans about the bioeconomy for schools. I am happy to share my experiences of the circular economy from the AgroCycle project and my research on recovery of fat, oils and grease (FOG) from kitchens to prevent sewer blockages (fatbergs).
